Orders and Quotations

• All quotations are subject to availability and market price fluctuations.

• Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance by both parties.

• Bulk order specifications must be clearly communicated before confirmation.

• The company reserves the right to reject or cancel orders under certain circumstances.

An order becomes final only after advance payment or agreed contractual confirmation.

Pricing

All prices quoted by Swathi International Exporters are subject to:

• Market fluctuations

• Raw material availability

• Export duties and taxes

• Freight charges

• Currency exchange variations

Prices may change without prior notice unless contractually fixed.

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank Transfer (TT)

• Letter of Credit (LC)

• Advance Payment

• Other mutually agreed payment modes

Payment terms are determined per contract or purchase order.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of agricultural export products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

• Wrong product supplied

• Major quality deviation from agreed specifications

• Proven shipment damage caused before dispatch

Refunds or compensation, if approved, will be processed according to mutually agreed settlement terms.

Import Compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import laws, duties, permits, certifications, and regulations in their respective countries.

Swathi International Exporters shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from import restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

Swathi International Exporters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Product usage,Shipment delays,Business interruptions,Market losses.Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters,Floods,Fire,Pandemic,War,Government restrictions,Labor strikes.Performance obligations may be suspended during such events.

Confidentiality

Business information, pricing, contracts, and customer details shared between parties shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is legally required.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Tamil Nadu.
